Orthosleep ships worldwide, so delivery times may vary depending on the country (longer for Canada).

Our delivery timeframe is 7 to 10 business days after shipment.

Changed your mind about an item purchased from OrthoSleep?

No matter the reason, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it to get a refund or exchange, as long as the item is in good condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will process your refund immediately after receiving the returned package.
